How It All Started…

When Anella moved to Spain, she felt that there was another mission in the world that she should pursue.

Given her love of all things esoteric, especially hypnotherapy, it wasn’t long before she founded this practice.

My name is Anella and thanks for watching.

On a daily basis, I work as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with positive therapy, healing and I also giving lectures and courses in how you can handle your life with anxiety, stress and depression in your everyday life.

I have a Clinical Hypnotherapist training, as well as trained cognitive couple therapist, Reiki healer, mindfulness instructor and Mindful Motivation Therapist.

Sure, I’m a therapist, but I’m not like the others, I do things based on my philosophy and vision that each session should start with a positive approach to why you have chosen me as your therapist. There must be time for you as a client, time to be able to go deep and immerse yourself in where you are here and now, time to work with what you want to work with, time to focus on what is good for you and time to see the future with new positive eyes.

This is one of the reasons why I have also developed the WF Self-Help Cards, which are designed specifically to create a good and positive dialogue, and are among the tools I use in the sessions.

You are not a page in a book, you are a person of flesh and blood, and therefore I am starting from why you are here with me now. My experience tells me that the best way to help others is to have walked the road myself and I have walked a lot😉 I usually know where the “shoe presses” as they say, I also know what it means to be in a “cheese bell “.

If you feel that I am the right person to help you from where you are here and now, just send me an email or fill out my contact form.

Hello, it’s me, Anella.

As a 6-year-old I had my first depression, it made me learn that I had to be the nice and nice girl who had to please everyone all the time. It continued up through my teenage years. As a 13-year-old I was unfortunate enough to be raped. Now you would think that I got help, but I didn’t, it was a different time then, so it wasn’t reported to the police and there wasn’t the same help as today.

My life continued as usual – but nothing was as it used to be, I became more introverted and sad, had trouble concentrating in school and started smoking weed, which eased the pain a little but never completely.

Then came the evening and the man who changed my life and it was definitely not for the better. At that time I had turned 17 and very naive. I lived alone in my father’s flat, in a small flat on the 5th floor with no neighbors in Copenhagen.

One night he forced his way into the apartment where he held me captive like a butterfly in a spider’s web. After 3 months of daily confinement, beatings and rape, I finally escaped his clutches with the help of my grandmother and mother.

I ended up in hospital with 23 strangulation marks on my neck, point-shaped bleeding in my eyes, blue and yellow marks from blows and cigarette marks in several places on my body, as well as a mark from a wooden shoe heel on my forehead. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the help I so badly needed here either. (the abuser received 4 months in prison)

Then again I continued my life of ups and downs where I found myself in the cheese bell. The following year I met my husband, my rock, my support, my great love and the father of my 4 children. He listened and supported me for the next 20 years and still does. Our life continued its usual course of ups and downs and now everything should be good.

It was too, except for my recurring nightmares and mood swings and short tempers, culminated because I being bullied at my job. I was now working in a day care center and was educating to be a cognitive couples therapist, so all in all my life seemed to be working, at least my life looked good from the outside. From the inside it was a completely different matter, I felt terrible.

That’s why it didn’t come as a big surprise when I was hit by stress, it was more the way it happened that surprised me.

Hypnosis can do many things besides removing phobias such as arachnophobia (fear of spiders), fear of heights or flying, hypnosis can also eliminate pain, nail biting, smoking cessation, insomnia as well as stress and much more.

As a hypnotherapist, I know how hypnosis works and can guide you to feel better, you are welcome to contact me on mail@wellbeingforever.eu or +34 604 499 272, for a completely free and non-binding conversation.
