Hypnosis was my salvation, it can also be yours. Hypnosis can change your fear of things that you have avoided, given you heart palpitations, or made you anxious about.

Hypnosis helped me overcome my Arachnophobia (fear of spiders), it only took 20 minutes, and today I do not get sweat on my forehead or palpitations when I see a spider. Just having to type spider used to make me feel bad, even the emojis on the phone I couldn’t touch without feeling anxious.

My life with arachnophobia started when, as a 6-year-old, I was at the zoo with my father who wanted to show me the tarantula, that I had heard about at school. It has to be said that I was very excited to see it.

Once we entered the zoo, we went to the terrarium and I was very excited to see it. I stood on tiptoes by the terrarium to reach up, and here I pressed my little nose flat against the window to better see, but it was just completely dark, almost black, I told my dad I couldn’t see anything, and then he told me to go back a little – And right there,  I realized that I had been looking straight into my stomach, I got so bad that I ran out and threw up.

My fear of spiders was so deep in me that I couldn’t look at a spider on television or walk into a store on Halloween that was decorated with spiders. My husband once had to cup me through a pet shop because I stiffened with horror to see there were tarantulas in boxes right next to me. Yes, I was so afraid of them that I called my neighbor at 24 to get him to remove a spider that was sitting on the wall next to the door to the hallway so I could get to bed.

This fear has been in my mind and body all my life. I never thought it would happen to me that I could touch a spider in a picture or search for pictures of one. Today I can touch a spider in a picture, I have even searched for spider on google for my advertising and all that is thanks to hypnosis.
